I was the IT Manager from June 2009 - August 2009. They tried that trick on me and I put Channel 10 on their butt and reported them to CARP, but CARP, at that time didn't listen. When they got wind of channel 10 was looking into it, they had their attorney present me with my pay almost immediately. I got my money. Several other jilted employees met with channel 10 and the story aired. IN typical fashion, nother Elana and her husband were no where to be found and issues a statement that everyone was paid. I had the records indicating differently and still have those records to this day. It was justice seeing Elana WInfrey arrested for Medicare Fraud. Never screw with the IT guy.
lol! Too funny! I worked for them from June 2011-September 2011 worst 3 months of my life. I was working a second job and they threatened to terminate me for having 2 jobs...they weren't paying me so I had no choice but to pick up a second gig. I got screwed out of my final paycheck from them too
God is good! I worked for them from December 2009 through January 2010. WHen I inquired about my paycheck I was terminated.
